Builds upon the concepts introduced in Medical Transcription I providing greater understanding of how to produce advanced reports dictated by physicians with increasing speed and accuracy. Emphasis will be on proofreading and editing of operative reports, patient history and physicals, office notes, labor and delivery reports, consultation reports, discharge summaries, and other medical reports.
